Jerry Harris, Jr. Flees Scene of Paris, TX Crash that Injured Felicia Duran and Kayla Rodgers

Jerry Edward Harris, Jr. was arrested for his involvement in a crash that happened on August 15, 2022.  According to the crash report, at approximately 9:21 a.m., Paris Police were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident near the 1500 block of south Collegiate Drive.  When the officer arrived on the scene, they found a vehicle with significant damage off the roadway in the east side ditch.  Witnesses on the scene stated that the vehicle was traveling northbound when it exited the roadway, causing the vehicle to roll over several times.  The driver, 30-year-old Jerry Edward Harris, Jr., allegedly fled the scene, leaving behind two other occupants.  Both passengers, 34-year-old Felicia Duran and 27-year-old Kayla Rodgers were transported to PRMC for suspected non-life-threatening injuries.  According to local news KXII, Mr. Harris was located and arrested for leaving the scene of an accident and for unlawful possession of a firearm.
