A 32-year-old pedestrian is dead following a January 21st crash in Amarillo. According to Amarillo.com, the crash happened at approximately 8 p.m. in the 2700 block of S. Osage. Police say a pedestrian, not in a crosswalk, was attempting to cross S. Osage Street when he was struck by a Mercury Montego driven by a 71-year-old woman traveling south on S. Osage. The victim has been identified as 32-year-old Hayden Paul Ducommun. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police said that alcohol was a factor in this crash.
