One person has died after a crash on SH 130 in Travis County. According to DPS officials, the crash happened around 12:30 a.m. on January 24, 2023 near SH 130 and Elroy Road. The preliminary report indicates that a Chevy Corvette was traveling north on SH 130 when for unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway and struck concrete pillars supporting the overpass for Elroy Road. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.
