Whitesboro, TX Crash claims the life of one, injures another

One person has died in a Whitesboro, TX crash.  According to KXII, just before 10 a.m. on October 6, 2022,  Whitesboro Fire and Police responded to a single-vehicle rollover off Highway 82 at Shawnee Trail.  Two men in their late 30s and 40s were in the vehicle.  Rescue workers had to extricate the driver who died at the scene.  The passenger received minor injuries and was reportedly walking around the vehicle when first responders arrived.  The cause of the crash is under investigation.
