A 31-year-old man has died after crashing his truck and rolling it several times. According to KXII, Oklahoma Highway Patrol has reported that it happened on October 2, 2022, at approximately 4 a.m. on OK-3, half a mile west of Atoka. A pickup driven by Tyler Carpenter was eastbound on OK-3 when he ran off the road to the right and overcorrected, then ran off the road to the left, and rolled his truck about three times. He was ejected and found approximately 130 feet from the vehicle. Mr. Carpenter was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
