Rural Crash in Princeton Leaves Two Drivers with Injuries

Two drivers reported injuries in a crash in rural Princeton, TX. According to the crash report, Princeton Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of FM 1377 near County Road 463 on November 17, 2022. The crash happened at approximately 7:07 a.m. and was reportedly caused by a distracted driver. A Ford Mustang driven by Hector Maldonado (18) was traveling westbound behind a Chrysler 300 driven by Darla Hobbs (45). When the Chrysler approached the intersection, a car pulled out from a stop sign from County Road 458. Ms. Hobbs began to stop and was rear-ended by the Mustang. Mr. Maldonado was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with injuries. Ms. Hobbs reported possible neck and hip injuries, but stated that she would be transported by personal vehicle.
