Intoxicated Grayson County Driver Crashes head on with Daniel McKee Sr. & Daniel McKee Jr.

On December 18th at approximately 3:12 p.m., Sherman Police responded to a crash at the 5400 block of Texoma Parkway. According to the initial crash report, authorities stated that a Ford Fusion driven by 36-year-old Dominique Lenzy was traveling south in the 5400 block of Texoma Parkway. The driver lost control of her vehicle and crossed the grassy center median into oncoming traffic, crashing head-on into a Chevy Express van driven by 48-year-old Daniel McKee. Daniel McKee Sr. suffered serious injuries and his passenger, Daniel McKee Jr., suffered incapacitating injuries. Both were transported to Texoma Medical Center. Ms. Lenzy and her passengers, Raven Gonzalez, suffered serious injuries. Ms. Lenzy was transported to Texoma Medical but her passenger refused treatment. Another passenger in Ms. Lenzy’s vehicle, a minor child, suffered incapacitating injuries and was transported to Texoma Medical Center. The report indicated that the officer believes the driver was intoxicated at the time of the crash. Toxicology reports were not available.
