Intoxicated Driver Injures himself in on Twin Creeks Drive in Allen, TX Crash

On November 6, 2022, a 21-year-old man injured himself in a single-vehicle crash in Allen, TX. According to the crash report, it occurred around 4:30 p.m. at the 500 block of Twin Creeks Dr. near the intersection of Glen Rose Dr. A black Chrysler Pacifica driven by Ryan Rosenberg was traveling north on Twin Creeks Drive when he failed to control his speed, lost control of the vehicle and struck a brick retaining wall in the center median. This caused the vehicle to roll over and come to rest in the southbound lane of Twin Creeks Drive. The driver admitted to drinking and smoking marijuana prior to the crash. Mr. Rosenberg was injured and transported to Medical Center – McKinney. An officer went to the hospital where he determined the driver showed six clues of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest for DWI.
