11-year-old Girl involved in Sherman, TX Crash in Front of Big Lots

On October 13, 2022 at approximately 4:45 p.m., Sherman Police responded to a collision at the 2300 block of Texoma Parkway. Kimberly Banks was driving a white Chevy Equinox southbound on Texoma Parkway when she was struck by a white Ram 1500 driven by Charles Fuller (60). Mr. Fuller turned out of the Big Lots parking lot and was attempting to make a left turn and cross the median to drive northbound on Texoma Parkway. The report states that Mr. Fuller turned when unsafe and pulled in front of Ms. Banks. An 11-year-old girl who was a passenger in Ms. Bank’s vehicle was seriously injured and transported to a local hospital by Sherman EMS.
